Operation Methods

2.The test plate is fixed on the basis of a suitable level, so in the process of trying to determine the film board will not produce mobile or beat, the instrument on the wet film thickness to be measured, the minimum reading at the top, and the instrument between the eccentric wheel and the wet film is the biggest gap in the wet film. Then roll forward (half of the week180Repeat rolling half a week in opposite directions180After moving, check the position of the central flange of the instrument in contact with the surface of the wet film, read out the readings and calculate their average to become a reading.
3.If the paint containing volatile solvents or the solid content is low, so in the film just painted on, at least take a separate reading and average value of these separate readings.
Note: Although this instrument is suitable for the determination of wet film thickness test on flat plate, but also can be used in the field or factory only the surface of the workpiece bending in one direction, as long as the substrate can be measured in two concentric round between bending deformation and impact instrument.
