I purchased this mug in two different sizes as a gift for someone who tends to be a spiller. One size to keep their morning coffee from cooling off too quickly, before they can enjoy it in a relaxed way. The larger size is for their daily water intake. Both sizes do a great job of keeping the liquid inside from losing its ideal temperature too soon, and maintaining that temperature over a long period of time. The value for the product is good, because you’re not tossing out drinks that have lost their appeal due to temp changes. That’s saving money. Temp retention is key here. The weight is what I expected for a cup that does this sort of job effectively. The sturdy handle is comfortable and makes the cup easy to use. I agree with the other reviewers on the appeal of having a silicone base. Its slip-resistance was one of the selling points that sold me on this one. On the occasions when it did get knocked over, the damage was minimal, if any at all, so I am satisfied with the outcome. Keeping the interior clean and free of staining is easy for me when I use a soft “erasing” type of sponge. It prevents the buildup from accumulating on the surface areas. Keeps it looking like new. I love using cups with stainless steel interiors because there is no transfer of taste into the beverage you are drinking. Granted, these don’t work with our vehicle’s cup holders, so they stay home and do their job there - brilliantly! All features and benefits considered, I would recommend them highly. UPDATE: We have owned these mugs for seven months now, and despite the fact that I have been extra careful about cleaning them (I wash them by hand), the paint on the handle has begun to flake off. I am hoping that their performance isn’t affected by becoming more slippery while gripping the handle. We’ll see. Sadly, they are starting to look a little abused.

Perfect size! Not too hefty or too flimsy. Keeps my tea hot and I especially love that I can position the spout where I want it and it locks when I need it to. Wonderfully made with no nags, bumps or wobbling. Love this! Wish I’d found it sooner!

Better than Contigo mug I like the lid and the way the slider works. No weird places for grime to hide like with a lid that slides open and close front to back. I also like that it's clear. Very easy to hold this mug and I like the rubber grip on the bottom. If it's good with my one cup coffee maker, that's not a Keurig. I favored this mug over the much higher price to Contigo mug that looks very similar but the lid is different and this is a better deal

I like this mug, but it's for use while working or sitting on your patio enjoying the morning. PROS: The mug keeps my coffee at the right temp (providing you prewarm the mug with hot water), has a nonslip base, is attractive, dishwasher safe, mouth is large enough for easy hand washing and is heavy enough to not easily tip. CONS: This mug does not fit in your car's cupholder. It does leak if turned on it's side. The handle is not all that comfortable as the metal strip making the handle is rectangular rather than rounded. It's a nice heavy mug but because of the handle shape, it cuts into my fingers and becomes tiresome to hold. All in all, I feel this was worth the money and I have always had good luck with LocknLock products. I would recommend this mug as long as you aren't wanting to use it on your commute.

I’m a slow coffee drinker & this cup keeps my coffee warm for hours. It is also easy to clean, as the sipper lid removes easily. Would definitely recommend & repurchase. Also love the purple color!

Just what I wanted. It keeps my coffee at least three hours. The coffee is still hot enough to drink. My coffee is still hot after 3-4 hours. The insulation keeps it hot enough to enjoy. I don’t have to hurry to drink. The cap is not a twist on but simply to push on. This mug is easy to clean. Since I am a LocknLock fan, I wasn’t disappointed.

Love the cup. It fits under my brew station. The top design needs some serious work. It spills, pops off in a tumble and I think the top design doesn't keep coffee as warm.

This mug is the perfect size to hold 12oz plus ice. Large Easy to grab Handle. Well made, sturdy, doesn’t sweat, non slip bottom and dishwasher safe. (I can’t speak to the lid because I don’t use it) I would definitely purchase another and highly recommend this cup.

I bought these mugs as gifts for friends and ended up getting one myself thinking I would probably not use it at all - now I'm the one who uses this the most! It is so useful for those of us who tend to leave our drinks a little too long, keeping them at a good temperature for a long time. My only complaint is that they do not fit in car cup holders so they aren't very travel friendly, but for home or work they are fantastic!

I like this mug since I'm a coffee lover. And also I want my hot coffee for long time.
