Acrylic Display CASE 10" Long for Scale Models of Cruise Ships, Ocean Liners, Trains, Cars

Elegant acrylic display case for scale models of ships, trains, cars etc MADE IN USA by Scherbak Ship Models to highest quality and aesthetic standard. Constructed from impact resistant high grade acrylic which is strong and resists yellowing with age. Polished ebony-black acrylic of the base pre-drilled with 2 symmetrical holes and have soft rubber pads in corners. All parts are CNC cut for precision fit. Edges and corners are polished and “soft” to touch. SIZE: Inside of clear cover: L 10”x W2.5” x H 3 3/4” (clearance above the base 3.5”). Thickness of the acrylic for clear cover 3/32”.Base - two step opaque black acrylic : lower step 3/8” + upper step 1/4” thick. Lower step of the base is wider than clear cover (narrow rim around clear cover 1/16 “). Two symmetrical 7/32 holes for screws along the central axle of the base. Centers of the holes are 2 3/4” apart. Rubber pads in 4 corners . This case will fit varaety of scale models- ships, trains/locomotives, cars etc. It will also fit some ship models of Van Ryper, Bassett Lowke, Richard Wagner (Riwag) and the range of scale waterline models made from plastic kits like Tamiya, Hasegawa, Dragon, Trumpeter.
