I purchased a black pair of Uggs from a thrift store and they were is really good condition but had normal color wear. I was planning to buy the genuine Ugg conditioner and I’m glAd I didn’t because this product worked perfectly. First, the Suede cleaning bar took off the salt residue and then I gave it a good brush. Originally I thought the color dye was a spray and I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn’t. It’s just a squeeze bottle with a foam top that you just pat on the fabric. The whole process took me 15 minutes. No smell. The Uggs look good as new!

I made the mistake of buying very light colored lilac suede shoes, so I bought this kit to help take care of them. The kit did a great job cleaning my brother's tan colored work boots, but not so well with my fancy suede shoes. The lilac shoes had some grey splotches on them from a puddle, but they only faded a little with repeated cleaning and brushing. The work boots looked like they just came out of a box when I finished cleaning them with this kit. I think that because my shoes were so light and damaged with water to begin with, the kit could not restore them. The brush was great for smoothing out suede. It is two sided and the stiff bristles did a great job making all the fibers uniform. The cleaning bar is rubbery, and worked so well getting stains and little discolorations out of the work boots. The color restorer could change the color on the fabric permanently, so they recommend spot testing. This can be tricky on a small article, so I skipped it for the shoes. I did use it for a large saddle bag, and it helped with softness. I think the kit can do without this product, especially since it doesn't waterproof.

This kit is amazing. I honestly can’t tell if the cleaning block does much because I was working with 25 year old, very beat up suede. But cleaning block and brush combined worn great to loosen hardened suede and get dirt flying. The really amazing part is the color restorer. See photo for the transformation possible. I have some bare spots that are never coming back to life, but otherwise I don’t think miraculous is an overstatement.

was impressed bc i didn't know how this would actually work on suede but it did, the block is amazing! it took off all signs of dirt from my blue suede shoes (not joking) and i had worn them a while before getting this so they were a bit discolored from dirt. the only thing i didn't care for was pieces of the suede would come off from using the block, maybe bc they were so dirty idk but it makes me worry bc as long as i wear the shoes they will get dirty and i will have to use the block again and more hairs will come off but otherwise its fantastic and i love it and the other items are great too! will def buy again when finished

The brush was great and the black dye worked well to darken black suede on old shoes. The dye helped cover some water damaged spots and helped them look almost unnoticeable. The brush worked really well, but the eraser I found to be completely useless. Overall, the kit is overpriced, and I got the most bang for my buck when I used the black, not clear dye.

If my shoes were in a bad condition, I would rather take them to a professional. But just for a regular refresh, this set is all I needed. Pieces are small so easy to use on the exact spot as you need. I was hesitant about the solution, as it is not a spray and should be applied with a bit of a pressure. But it worked so well. I am totally happy hot is refreshes the color. Stain remover block is to hard on suede, it rather polishes it, which is not what I want with suede. But I tried it on my nubuck winter boots, and it worked like magic. Absolutely happy with the purchase.

This product works great...the little block is a magic eraser for shoes...you know those little annoying scuff marks you get on you patent leather thatjust cant seem to come out...well this little block can do the trick...just need to be careful not to erase the shine. The suede restorer is pretty good as well...may not bevery effective on some light colours and should be used as early as possible. So more of a maintain than restore. You do need to be careful with the brush as the steel bristles will remove the suede if you're too vigorous.

I bought this kit in "Colorless" when my 3rd grade daughter came home distraught because another kid from school spilled paint all over her suede boots with a Native American style fringe. So the challenge was to remove water soluble white paint that covered about 15% of the surface of her brown suede boots. With a bit of elbow grease I was able to get her boots looking brand new in 20 minutes. The kit was cheaper than buying new boots or paying a professional to do the job. All in all for my application it worked perfectly.
