This thing is amazing. Free television is such a foreign concept these days, but it's out there and this puppy makes it happen. I bought one of these after noticing a few of the tvs around my work had what appeared to be rabbit ears on them...Talk about a blast from the past right? I hooked this thing up to my tv, scanned for channels and the antenna automatically picked up 20 local channels (some were even in HD). Since we have netflix and amazon prime in our household synced with our tv the only thing I felt like I was missing out on was local news, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! There are a few drawbacks to this thing, the suction cup doesn't work too well and the first week or so was filled with minor adjustments and reapplying the cup to the window pane...But after a week I decided it would be easier to just use clear packing tape to stick it to the window and we haven't had problems since. Another minor draw back is, depending on placement, you can phsyically interfere with the signal and cause problems with reception...Ex: Jason or myself getting up to get a drink or snacks and causing a lag with the image on the screen or pixellation to occur, so I don't know how well this product will work in households with say, a larger rambunctious dog or children. But once you realize which way to go to avoid causing interference this issue can mostly be avoided. Note: Our cats seem small enough they don't cause any problems. It's also worth noting that the antenna doesn't seem to have any issues receiving a signal during inclement weather, I understand this is a problem with satellite tv. So, in summation, I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to pay through the nose for hundreds of channels you probably will never watch or to someone who already has Netflix service or other streaming service to their house but just wants to watch game shows and local channels. For the price, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and honestly...Is comcast or dish any more reliable in the end? Update: Hello again, just wanted to drop in for an update. As of 12/28/19 this little beaut is still working like a charm. It survived us moving and works better than ever at the new house. Zero interference. I recommend this to everyone who will listen, because it floors me that all these years later it still exceeds expectations on all fronts.

I purchased this antenna to get over the air HD channels on all of my TVs. I had canceled my Comcast cable package a year ago and was just using the existing Comcast coaxial cable to get my local channels. Last Sunday I turned on my TV to watch a football game and I had no channels to watch. I scanned and re-scanned the channels on all 3 of my TVs trying to find a way to watch the football game (basically the only reason I watch over the air TV). After 35 minutes of scanning channels and running to different TVs, I only found 1 Comcast channel. Of course, it was a Comcast channel explaining to me that Comcast had changed the basic cable setup and to get over the air channels I would need to get a Comcast box or card for my TVs. After all that and cursing Comcast as I did every time I looked at my bill, I searched Amazon for the cheapest HD TV antenna with good reviews and bought this one. I received this antenna in the mail today. I thought of this evil plan to only buy 1 antenna and hook it up to the Comcast installed splitter where my Comcast cable was piped into the house. To my surprise the antenna actually worked, all 3 of my TVs are now picking up 40+ digital channels and 3 analog channels just with the one antenna. I have no idea if the antenna will survive a Utah winter especially with it just wedged behind my rusty power box and the siding of the house, but what do I care I only paid 10 bucks for the thing and I can watch football on all my TVs in HD for free. If you get anything from this review it should be this; Don’t buy the $40 antenna from radio shack because you want to watch the Football game, buy this one. If you need it fast, pay the one day shipping charge with your prime account and get it faster. If you have existing coaxial cable to all your TVs, hook 1 antenna up to the input of the splitter and get free HD channels on your TVs.

Buen producto, uno de los cables venia doblado muy lastimado y no sé si es por eso que falla más pero la otra antena está bien. Ojala vinieran mejor protegidas no importa que tarden en llegar, creo es importante que se proteja el producto para evitar problemas en la calificación del producto. En cuanto a la funcionalidad, detecta muy bien pues donde vivo hay muchos edificios y las antenas están algo lejos y anteriormente no podía sintonizar ningun canal __ Actualización 24 junio 2021 Agregue un vídeo de cómo se ve en una de las partes donde la señal es más difícil de agarrar,aquí tuve que pegar la antena a la pared porque al frente fallaban más los canales ,solo no me agarra dos canales que al principio sí pero supongo que es por causas que no tienen tanto que ver con su calidad sino a cosas externas como la cantidad de edificios y movimiento dentro de ellos y dispositivos que podrían interferir con su correcto funcionamiento . Aún así estoy sorprendida pues antes aquí durante años no fue posible ver TV abierta sino era.por canales de suscripción a través de cable

Es increíble la verdad como algo que parece un papel con un cable coaxial funciona tan bien, tenia mis dudas sobre este articulo ya que cuando lo vi dije “esto no funcionara” “ahorita mismo pediré mi devolución a amazon” pero cuando lo voy conectando a mi pantalla me voy sorprendiendo de la cantidad de canales que sintonizo, yo esperaba solo los típicos canales 2, 5, 7 y 13 y para mi sorpresa sintonizo 20 canales incluyendo un solo de audio y con calidad que me dejo con la boca abierta ya que los canales en HD de verdad están en esa calidad. La antena en mi caso en Villahermosa, Tabasco no la tuve que poner en una parte alta ni cerca de una ventana la puse atrás de mi televisor gracias a su ventosa conecte y listo nisiquiera tuve que buscar cierta alineación. La antena cuenta con una ventosa que permite adherirse a ciertas plataformas como en mi caso la parte trasera de mi televisor o si quieren probar junto a una ventana lo podrán hacer para tal vez captar mejor señal ya solo la antena se coloca sobre esa palanquita y puedes probar mejor recepción pero créame si hay señal buena en su hogar la antena funcionara de maravilla.
